Most Shopify “partners” are project-management firms that subcontract Liquid. SGM is the inverse: a senior engineer who quotes a sprint, duplicates your theme, and ships a staging URL you can click.

A mid-eight-figure apparel PDP was shipping two review apps and an unsized widget in theme.liquid. The iframe arrived after LCP and shoved the buy box down 142px. Hardware-accelerated containment and deferred execution took CLS from 0.38 to 0.01.
